Heather Johnson is an accomplished business consultant, senior leader, and advocate for strategic growth and inclusive leadership. As the co-founder and CEO of Gozynta, a software and consulting company for MSPs, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision, fostering a culture of diversity, and driving business success through innovative strategies. Since co-founding Gozynta in 2018, she has led the company’s transformation, first as Chief Operating Officer and now as CEO, overseeing its growth in marketing, sales, support, and even going green! Under her leadership, Gozynta has built a thriving team, with a strong focus on gender and racial diversity as a central pillar of its values. She has led efforts to integrate inclusive language in company policies, marketing materials, and handbooks, ensuring that diversity and inclusion are not just words but part of the company’s foundation.
Heather and her husband, and co-founder, Brian, are Americans living in the Netherlands for the past three years and have both a US entity and Dutch entity of Gozynta.
Heather has served as Vice President of the National Society of IT Service Providers since its founding, where she works to professionalize the industry. She has been named one of CRN’s Women of the Channel in 2022 and 2024, recognizing her influence in driving innovation and transformation in technology. She frequently speaks at conferences, webinars, and podcasts on topics such as business strategy, culture development, personnel management, sales, marketing, diversity, ethics, and operational efficiency.
Her passion for leadership and inclusion extends beyond the corporate world. Before Gozynta, she co-organized The President’s Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge at the White House, an initiative that hosted over 10,000 attendees. She also led an impactful trip to Southeast Asia, furthering her commitment to cross-cultural engagement and global leadership.
