Vincent Catanzaro is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Renée Vincent Executive Placement, a boutique consulting firm that provides senior level placement services and human capital solutions. With thirty years of talent acquisition experience, Mr. Catanzaro remains focused on helping US and international entities purposefully build winning teams. The skillset of hand-picking critical executive talent and cultivating long-term relationships with thought leaders enables his clients to achieve profitable corporate strategies and rapid scaling. He is passionate about designing and optimizing talent at the C-Suite. Mr. Catanzaro serves as a human capital advisor to AIM Associates Capital Group.

Known as an outstanding leader and entrepreneur, Mr. Catanzaro previously founded and was the Managing Partner of CBMT, an award winning Commercial Real Estate Development Company. He also founded Vici International, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage specializing in international investments. Additionally, Mr. Catanzaro held a senior management role with Altisource Portfolio Solutions where he managed a real estate asset portfolio over $1 billion. Mr. Catanzaro also served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Promethean, a leading education technology organization.

Mr. Catanzaro graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing Degree where he was a two-time marketing scholarship recipient of the prestigious “Saturn Award,” and additionally received the “Know Your Limits” scholarship from Anheuser-Busch. Mr. Catanzaro was also honored by the American Marketing Association for the “Best Business Plan.”

Personal Information: Originally from the Bronx, NY he met his future bride in Florida while attending college and the greatest joy in his life has been being Husband to Renée for 28 years and Father to their six children; five daughters and one son.
